Free Shipping on orders over R850! 🎉 For orders under R850, it’s a flat R85 for delivery.

We use a super speedy door-to-door courier service to deliver anywhere in South Africa and around the world.

Standard Delivery is from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as we can!

Need it faster? You can choose Express Shipping for R135. Orders placed before 10 AM will arrive the next day, and orders after 10 AM will ship the following day. If you order after 10 AM on a Friday, it’ll arrive on Monday. Want weekend delivery? Let us know, and we’ll quote you for the extra cost.

Important: Express Shipping is at your own risk. Once it’s with the courier, we can’t control when or exactly how they’ll deliver. We can’t guarantee specific dates or times.

If you’re in Johannesburg, your order will probably get to you faster since we ship from here. For everywhere else, it may take 7-10 business days, unless noted otherwise on the product page.

Please note we no longer offer the in-person collection service as we are moving a few times over the next couple of months - this is to streamline our service and make sure there are no hiccups with our order fulfilments.

Heads up! We’re not responsible for any late deliveries (even express shipping). Once the parcel is with the courier, it’s in their hands! But if your order is late, let us know within 25 days. Claims made after that can’t be processed, so make sure to reach out in time.
