Returns Policy
You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 30 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.
Exchanges are only allowed within 30 days of original purchase for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of any earrings, makeup, edibles or skincare due to hygiene reasons. We have to be extra strict regarding Earring returns and can make no exceptions in this regard.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items.
Due to the nature of skincare/beauty products, we do not accept responsibility for any reactions to skincare products and customers purchasing skincare products do so at their own discretion and responsibility. Please be sure to follow instructions carefully.
Any shipping fees associated with making returns will be subtracted from the refund amount.
If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 10 days of delivery on hello@jimnojean.com so we may correct this as soon as possible.
We have a 90 day plating and repair warranty on all of our own brand plated jewellery. If your item wears/tarnishes before 90 days, we will re-plate it for you, free of charge. If your piece wears after the 90 period, you are welcome to make use of our affordable re-plating service at R150 per piece excluding shipping. Mail us at Hello@jimnojean.com to book yours.
