Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so.
Items must be in their original packaging, in unused, resellable condition, with no signs of wear.
How it works:

Once we have inspected and approved the returned item, we will either:

Issue a refund to your original payment method, or

Process an exchange.

Exchanges may be made for:

The same item in a different size/colour (where applicable), or
-
Another item of the same value.

If you choose an item of higher value, you will be required to pay in the difference.

If you choose an item of lower value, the difference will be refunded to you.
Please note: Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is strictly enforced.
Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email hello@jimnojean.com with clear photographs of the issue within 10 days of delivery.
We will review your case and assist with a suitable resolution as soon as possible.
90-Day Warranty on Plated Jewellery
All Jimnojean plated jewellery is covered by a 90-day warranty.
If your item tarnishes or shows unusual wear within this period, we will re-plate it at no cost (excluding shipping).
After 90 days, you are still welcome to make use of our re-plating service at R200 per piece (excluding shipping). To book this service, please email hello@jimnojean.com and we will assist you.
