Returns Policy

You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's in its original packaging and condition. Once we confirm the item is in good condition, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or process an exchange.

Exchanges are only allowed within 30 days for the same item (e.g., a different colour or print) or another item of the same value. If you want a different item of higher or lower value, you'll need to pay the difference or wait until you receive your refund.

Please note, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. No exceptions will be made.

Sale or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any shipping fees for returns will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us with photos within 10 days at hello@jimnojean.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We offer a 90-day warranty on our own brand plated jewellery. If it tarnishes or wears within 90 days, we'll re-plate it for free. After 90 days, you can use our re-plating service for R150 per piece (excluding shipping). To book, email us at hello@jimnojean.com.
